Optimization of the protein production in bacteria: co-expression of molecular chaperones, use of chemical chaperones, optimization of in vivo and in vitro re-folding.

Protein production: in E. coli, insect and mammalian cells. Production of enzymes of general use: TEV and 3C proteases, Taq, KlenTaq, Pfu and T7 polymerase, LIF, Cre recombinase. Conservation of vector and strain collections.
